  3. In which we will have a pre-drafted estimate, in hand, to share with your insurance company, 

  4. And we will audit your insurance companies estimate with the actual visible damage to your vehicle,

  5. Then if needed, we will submit a supplement to your insurance company,

  6. And finally we will follow up on insurance payment so you don't have to.

  7. Only after your vehicle is %100 repaired will we ask you to endorse your insurance check. We never ask for any money up-front.
